What To Make of This

Will the liberals believe there is a terrorism threat if the French acknowledge it? Hate speech is different than an ideal exchange of differing ideas. Freedom of the press is one thing but if there was a show on that said, for example, blacks were responsible for their own slavery, wouldn't that be considered hate speech? Wouldn't any "decent" community demand its removal from the airwaves?

I've come to the conclusion with a little help from George Will and others, that until we all (libs and conservs) get on the same page in regard to terrorism we're going to have trouble communicating.

Hey there.. time to make my own blog. I've been told I talk too much so typing here should be a cinch. A word or two about who I am, I'm female, I'm middle aged (lol) and live in Michigan, USA. Yeah, yeah I know, not a fly over state. I voted for Bush though so I feel ok about being a "red stater" even in a blue state.

What I want to address here at this point in time are issues that are relevant including but not limited to politics, current events and things that might be interesting to discuss.
